Overview of ncRS database.
1. Provide information on miRNA/lncRNA in sepsis.
2. Provide blast interface for Sequence alignment.
3. Add RNA modification information in disease.

1. Main functions of the database are provided in menu bar form (boxed in light red).
2. Quick Search be used to quickly retrieve experimental validation data and cancer analysis data.
3. Introduction to the database.
The search bar is displayed in Fig 2-1:

1. Four categories provided to filter results: ncRNA_Name, RNA_symbol, disease_name and RNA_ID.
In the search page, you can find the data you need through exact search, fuzzy search, and batch search.
The Exact search page is displayed in Fig 3-1:
Fig 3-1 Exact Search page
1. Carefully select a dataset: Four choices are provided.
2. Enter a keyword corresponding to select dataset.
3. Three categories provided to filter results: RNA Type, Species and Disease name.
The Fuzzy search page is displayed in Fig 3-2:
Fig 3-2 Fuzzy Search page
1. Select the category of your keyword.
2. Enter a keyword corresponding to select.
The Batch search page is displayed in Fig 3-3:
Fig 3-3 Batch Search page
1. Select a dataset for your keywords.
2. Enter the keywords or upload a file.
In the result page, all entries are listed with basic information including RNA symbols, species, diseases name and RNA Type.

1. Select the corresponding keywords for filtering.
2. Click to link to detail page.
3. Click to turn the page.
In the detail page, you can get information including RNADisease ID, RNA information, disease information, evidence support and references.
For RNA-disease associations, users can choose any union of RNA and disease to see results.

1. We redesigned the RNADisease ID. Take ncRS-lnc-0001 as an example, where 'ncRS' stands for ncRS database,'lnc' stands for lncRNA,
and similarly, 'mi' stands for RNA type is miRNA,'m' stands for RNA type is mRNA,'circ' Stands for
circRNA, 'pi' stands for piRNA, 'sno' stands for snoRNA,'t' stands for tRNA and 0001 stand for ID numbers.
2. It is the ID of the RNA in RNAcentral
3. Displayed the serialization information of the RNA
