Here we introduce the ncRS database (https://www.ncrdb.cn), a meticulosly curated repository housing 1144 entries about experimentally validated non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) intricately linked with sepsis. ncRS offers a rich tapestry of information, including precise RNA data, exhaustive experimental insights, and integrated annotations from diverse databases.
